4. What is your return and replacement policy?
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect products delivered. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing videos and images as proof. Once verified, the product will be replaced, or a store credit will be issued when a replacement is not available. Returns for customer misuse or incorrect ordering are not accepted.
5. How long does the refund process take?
Once the returned product is inspected and approved by our technical team, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are initiated through the original mode of payment. If the payment was made through bank transfer, refunds will be credited to the same bank account.
